JAMES LEE
Principal and chief architect of Citiscape International, Inc., James Lee is a registered architect with 25+ years of professional experience in all aspects of planning, design, construction, inspection and document preparation. James has a BA of Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston, and a Certificate from Harvard University and is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Before he founded Citiscape, Lee was the senior architect and director of design for Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical Center, in charge of facility building. Other than medical & research facilities, Mr. Lee’s experience includes large and small residential and commercial projects, both new and renovations, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, housing, recreation facilities, planned developments, etc. in United States and worldwide.
VICTORIA LEE
Chief Designer of Citiscape International, an architectural planner and designer with 25+ years’ experience, Victoria was the chief designer for the award winning master planned community of Lake Olympia. As part of the Citiscape team, she is responsible for schematic design, space & land planning, interior environmental design, materials selections, & color coordination. Mrs. Lee also designs recreational facilities, architectural graphics, and marketing materials. Her artistic talent has been highly appreciated & recognized. She has attended University of Houston and the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York.
JOSEPH LEE
Joseph Lee, Director, manages and operates the construction division. He is experienced in new commercial projects, medical facilities, restaurants, multi-family, and custom residential. Joseph is responsible for construction management, financial budgets, costs analysis, lender funding, marketing & sales, real estate development, property acquisitions, city permits, client relations, and coordinate construction status with Architects and Engineers.
Joseph graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and has been in the real estate industry since 1999. Additionally, Joseph holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, a Construction Management Certificate from the City of Houston, and a member of Greater Houston Builders Association.
Citiscape continues its growth with new range of commercial and residential real estate projects overseen by Joseph and his accomplished construction team. On his spare time, Joseph serves on the board for NAAAP Houston, National Association of Asian American Professionals, and board member of other various organizations. His enjoyments are tennis, snowboarding, piano, reading news and biographies.
ALEX MALDONADO
Serving as Construction Manager/Superintendent, Alex oversees the daily construction activity for Citiscape, coordinates and manages sub-contractors involved in each project. Alex has experiences in various residential and commercial projects. An alumni University of Texas at Austin and extensive construction framing and project management background allows projects to be completed in a timely and high quality manner.
KATY TO
Katy To, Accounts Manager, joined the Citiscape team in 2014 and manages the daily operational duties of the firm within the office. She provides project support, and works collaboratively to increase productivity and efficiency in efforts of continual growth of the company. She is also a University of Texas at Austin graduate and holds a Texas Real Estate license.
CLAUDIA ADAMS
Claudia is our front office administrator from Venezuela. She holds a bachelor degree in Administration and is certified in SAP MM Functional Expert.
